Senior Management (Group Management)

FCC Environment CEE is managed by a Management Committee (MC), which is in charge of strategic steering, control and decisions of group-wide relevance and as such forming the top internal management and decision board of the Group. 

Country Managers

A Country Manager has the overall responsibility for all business activities in the assigned country and as such reflects the top management level within the country.

Central Services

Central Service Functions (GCS) are installed to cover group-wide tasks, e.g. setting of standards, fulfilling of management tasks and acting as service and support function.
