First-class quality standards
Companies FCC in CR received a certificate according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and became the first company in the field of waste handling to have such a certificate as whole integrated.
These certificates are drafted specifically for the activities of: collection, transport, sorting and landfilling of industrial, business and communal waste, planning and operation of complex waste management, remediation and now the certificate was expanded to inlude activities of road cleaning and maintenance. This management system was further expanded into the area of OHSAS 18001 in 2003 and as whole integrated management system was introduced and certified (June 2003) in companies FCC in CR. In November 2019, FCC met the conditions for the transition to ISO 45001 in the field of occupational health and safety and successfully passed certification in April 2020.
At present the integrated system covers approx. 58 internal guidelines and instructions, which directly follow from the outlined standards for quality control, environmental management and work safety.
In 2019, FCC companies were successfully certified to the ISO 50001 energy management standard.
