Zmiany w zarządzie FCC Polska

At the beginning of July, Justyna Ryczko, Financial Director and Sales Director - Rafał Pamuła, was appointed to the Management Board of FCC Polska. In terms of their responsibilities, first and foremost, they will shape and implement the Group's strategy in Poland in the areas entrusted.

Justyna Ryczko became the Financial Director of FCC Polska. Her duties will primarily include developing and implementing the group’s financial policy in Poland. Ms. Justyna Ryczko has extensive experience in finance, accounting, controlling and financial restructuring. She also has comprehensive economic background and the title of a licensed accountant and an expert auditor. She started her professional career in 1999, she worked among others in the department of audit and economic counselling at Ernst&Young Sp. z o.o., where she dealt with audits of financial statements. Since 2003 she has been a financial director, among others in Fabryka Elektrofiltrów Elwo S.A., at Korchem K&W Sp. z o.o. and at Tele-Fonika Kable S.A.

During the last 4 years Ms. Justyna Ryczko worked in YAWAL S.A. group where she occupied the position of a financial director – the member of the management board in companies Yawal S.A. and Final S.A. 

Mr. Rafał Pamuła has commenced his cooperation with FCC more than 2 years ago as an external consultant supporting key projects related to development of FCC in Poland. Previously, he was managing organization and development of Tonsmeier Group in Poland for many years, e.g. as a President of the Management Board of Tonsmeier Polska and was member of PIGO council. As a result of these experiences, he perfectly familiarized himself with the branch of waste management. Mr. Pamuła also has a great business background, he graduated from the faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering of AGH University of Science and Technology as well as completed the MBA course.
