Continuing Our Green Event Strategy: Planting for a Sustainable Future

As part of our ongoing “Green Event” strategy and commitment to offsetting our CO₂ footprint, we are proud to share that we have planted 11 new trees at our Waste-to-Energy plant in Zistersdorf, Austria!

Just like last year, we carefully selected species native to the region to support local biodiversity:

• Norway Maple (Acer platanoides)
• Silver Birch (Betula pendula)
• English Oak (Quercus robur)
• Large-leaved Linden (Tilia platyphyllos)

These new additions join the family of trees we planted previously, creating a greener and healthier environment around our facility. 🌿

Why does this matter? Every tree contributes to cleaner air, improved soil quality, and a more resilient ecosystem. It’s a small but meaningful step toward a sustainable future—and we’re committed to continuing this journey.
