FCC Česká republika ranked among the most attractive employers in the Czech Republic

FCC Česká republika has achieved an outstanding result in the prestigious Randstad Employer Brand Research 2026. In the category Energy Solutions, Construction & Facilities, the company ranked 3rd, earning its place among the most attractive employers in the Czech Republic.

The Randstad Employer Brand Research is one of the world’s largest independent employer branding studies. In 2026, its 9th edition was conducted in the Czech Republic with 4,079 respondents, evaluating 160 of the country’s largest employers. The research focuses on the preferences of employees and potential candidates and assesses key factors influencing employer attractiveness, such as job security, salary and benefits, working atmosphere, work-life balance, reputation, and social responsibility.

This recognition confirms that FCC Česká republika’s long-term commitment to stability, a high-quality working environment, and a people-centred approach resonates strongly with current expectations on the labour market.
