FCC Environment CEE Brings Decluttering into the Digital Age: Launch of New Online Service in Carinthia /Austria on March 3, 2025

FCC Environment CEE Group is expanding its service portfolio with an innovative digital solution: Starting March 3, 2025, customers in the Central Carinthia region in Austria can easily organize their decluttering needs online. The new service will be accessible via our existing Abfall Service Online platform (http://www.abfallserviceonline.at) as well as directly at http://www.entruempelungonline.at.  

Simple and Efficient: Online Decluttering in Just 5 Steps  

 With FCC Austria’s new online service, decluttering has never been easier. In five structured steps, both private individuals and businesses can manage their decluttering requests digitally:  

1. Enter your postal code 
2. Specify area size and fill level:  Provide details about the area to be cleared, and the amount of clutter, and upload a photo.  
3. Indicate floor level and distance to loading point: Specify if an elevator is available – particularly relevant for spaces on higher floors.  
4. Choose your preferred date: Enter the complete address, contact details, and billing information.  
5. Select payment method: After reviewing all details, customers can choose from debit or credit card, PayPal, or EPS payment options.  

Pilot Project in Carinthia – Expansion Planned  

At launch, the new online service will be exclusively available to customers in Central Carinthia. Based on the evaluation of the pilot phase the aim is to expand the offer of this new online service in other regions of Austria, and maybe in other countries of the FCC Environment CEE Group.
