FCC Environment CEE Group achieves solid growth in 2024 despite economic headwinds

FCC Environment CEE Group continued its positive trajectory in 2024, achieving total sales of 654.4 million EUR, an 8% increase compared to the previous year. Despite a challenging economic environment with subdued GDP growth in many CEE countries, the Group further strengthened its financial position.   

This growth was driven by a substantial improvement in the market for Secondary Raw Materials, price adjustments for collection services that offset the final wave of 2023 inflation, and higher landfill disposal volumes. Additionally, the Group provided extra services to remove flood debris following severe autumn rainfall, further contributing to its strong performance.
