FCC Environment CEE results 2015: back on an upward curve

The FCC Environment CEE (.A.S.A. Group) generated sales of 373,9 Mil EUR in 2015, which means an improvement of 6% on the previous year´s sales figures.

The main increases, in absolute terms, have stemmed from the Czech Republic, thanks to several remediation projects, as well as fantastic results in core-business growth (landfill, outsourcing and collections business). “We can also be proud of the results of the other countries, such as; Slovakia, where a large scale remediation project close to Bratislava has been undertaken, as well as Austria, Poland and Serbia”, points out Björn Mittendorfer, CEO of the Group. “In Serbia the push was made through clean-up and remediation businesses and a significantly increased collection area.”

Other financial figures also demonstrate that we are in “good shape” and showing sound financial stability, with a net income which was the best in the Group´s history. The “net debt / EBITDA ratio”, (a ratio showing the ability in terms of years to be debt free, when using the whole generated cash for debt reduction) amounts to 1,6.
