What does Katarína like about her job at FCC?

"I love my job mainly because I feel I am taking advantage of my naturally strong personality traits. My job is structured in a nice balance of communication, organization, strategy, routine administration, and working on our operations. The diversity of the agenda is mainly in various projects to streamline our processes or other analytical and situational tasks that life at FCC will bring. And if I can't find my dose of variety anywhere else during the day, there's always the Office Management team where I'm guaranteed a new situation will pop up within 5 minutes (at least with the SAP implementation) 😊. Lately, I've realized the importance that closing tasks/projects/work has on my mental well-being. Let me tell you, few things feel better than when the suggested actions in the corrected process work according to our needs and expectations. 

My decision to work and participate in the performance of FCC is not justified by my job description alone but also, more importantly, by a supportive team made up of my colleagues who are also committed to the progress of the company in line with their values and the values of FCC."
