She offers assistance to everybody who needs it, whether residents of the city or colleagues. Her perseverance is unparalleled, she never complains, and she handles difficult times with dignity. 

She is a role model. Her charity outside the workplace is outstanding. In her spare time, she collects rubbish as well as collects donations for the needy, all without any financial reward. Her goal is to make the world a better and more liveable place. She is passionate about the environment, the preservation of our planet, and her love for animals and living creatures. She embodies for me the kind of person, colleague, and employee, who can make us better, and maybe even make us think a little bit about what we can do to join in and help her activities.

Szilvia is a unique individual who has no idea of the impact she has on the world around her. There is a saying, a swallow does not make a summer. 

Szilvia has fantastic energy at work every day, and while other people are lounging at home, she grabs her gloves and cleans the streets of Gyál as a volunteer. But that is not all. She is passionate about maintaining green spaces, organizing tree-planting campaigns, and growing seedlings to bring joy to others with a little bit of nature in their gardens. 

In a heart like hers, stray animals also have a special place. She is untiring. She sets traps when necessary to capture stray cats and along with animal shelters, spay or neuter the cats.

As well as this, she is a wonderful woman, mother, companion, and friend. 

For our part, we love her humor and her entertaining narratives, whether she is telling us about her own life or her clients. 

Believe us, once you get to know her, you will never again think of throwing cigarette butts or "accidentally" dropping litter. Since knowing her, the separation of waste has become more important for us, and we encourage our children and those around us to do the same.

So, all in all, a swallow does not make a summer, but a swallow like her can make us a better person and make our immediate environment more beautiful.

What does Szilvia like about her job at FCC?

What I like most about customer service is that it is not so monotonous, as face-to-face customer service is a big part of my job. 

City residents who come to our premises are greeted by our receptionists, who empathetically help me with my work and provide information to those who come in when needed. Once a week, I also volunteer at the community center. The staff there also help me with everything, we have a very good relationship! I work in a supportive environment, which I think is important in any field of work!

In the face-to-face helpdesk, I can find out a lot more about problems that need to be solved by talking to residents, and I can correct misinformation. It's completely different from a phone call or email, where we keep it short and to the point. 

I deal with people, so in many cases, patience is required, but I am also rewarded by the kind words our colleagues receive. 

I also like the working environment, which is modern. Even though there is a landfill near the office, the environment is landscaped, with flowers and grass.
