"I like my team. We all work side by side and help each other. We are like a family, and we support each other. I like that superiors do not differentiate between colleagues, they are fair, understanding, and impartial and have found solutions to problems. I have the possibility to develop within the company for better professional and financial results. I grew professionally within the company from worker to forklift operator. I like working in a company that has a positive impact on polluting the environment less through selective waste management. Together we work for a better, cleaner future for generations to come."
