Senior Management (Group Management)
FCC Environment CEE Group is managed by a Management Committee (MC), which is in charge of strategic steering, control and decisions of group-wide relevance and as such forming the top internal management and decision board of the Group.
Country Managers
A Country Manager has the overall responsibility for all business activities in the assigned country and as such reflects the top management level within the country.
Central Services
The mission of Group Central Service managers (GCS) is to cover group-wide tasks, e.g. setting of standards, supporting Group Management and acting as service and support function for the relevant areas of expertise within the FCC Environment CEE Group.
