Škoda Auto a.s.

Founded in 1895, Škoda Auto (Škoda) is a Czech automobile manufacturer with a 1/3 share of the Czech car market.

FCC has been providing complex waste management services to Škoda since 1995. At the time, FCC was the only company offering comprehensive waste management services on the Czech market. During the more than 20 year old cooperation FCC has been able to respond flexibly and rapidly to changing needs and requirements. The latest example of the successful cooperation is the optimization of liquid waste management:  the installation of vaporative equipment. With the operation of this evaporative device, the cost of waste management services was reduced by 15%.

PepsiCo Romania

PepsiCo was founded in 1965 and is one of the world´s leading food and beverage companies with over $63 billion in net revenue in 2016 and a global portfolio of diverse and beloved brands. Intrigued to the improvement of currently used procedures and technologies, the company draws a great profit from the LiquiDrainer provided by FCC. The LiquiDrainer empties filled PET bottles, TetraPak and beverage cartons. The liquids are being removed via a special drainage hose respecting all hygienic norms and is therefore an improvement of the emptying process. In addition, FCC monthly operates over 100 tons of recyclable waste for Pepsi.

Kostelecké uzeniny, a.s.

Founded in 1917, Kostelec company is one of the older producers and suppliers of fresh meat and meat products in the Czech Republic. In 2007, the plant Kostelec became a part of the Agrofert Holding, which is one of the largest agricultural and food-processing groups in Central Europe. Since 2011, the corporation with FCC includes waste collection and transport, waste sampling, legislative consultancy in waste management and waste press rental. The advantages for Kostelec is the access to a one stop shop for complex waste management services which strengthens efficiency and easy control reports.

Miele Technology Ltd.

Miele is a family-run company that manufactures and installs electrical appliances for both domestic and professional usage since 1899. Miele Technology Ltd. has a status of a special clothes dryers producer within the Miele Group. With a production area of 40,000 square meters their plant is the third largest in the Miele group. Miele Technology Ltd. employs more than 1,400 people. Miele Technology Ltd. relies on complex waste management services provided by FCC. The cooperation with FCC runs since the opening of the plant in Uničov (CZ) in 2003. During the 13 years of cooperation, FCC managed to increase the secondary raw material share of the waste production up to 85 percent in the business year 2015/16

Boehringer Ingelheim RCV GmbH & Co KG 

Boehringer Ingelheim is a global, research-driven pharmaceutical company and among the 20 leading pharmaceutical companies in the world. Its headquarters are in Ingelheim, Germany. Boehringer Ingelheim has 145 affiliated companies worldwide and employs about 50.000 people. The company’s main focuses are pharmaceutical research and the development, production, and marketing of new drugs. Boehringer Ingelheim calls on the services of two FCC Austria specialists for the supervision of their main waste collection point. Waste as a result of production, scientific research and administration are collected by the FCC Austria specialists and brought to the main waste collection point. Here, the waste is separated into different fractions and sorted in the provided containers. The collection and exchange of the containers is also the responsibility of the FCC Austria specialists.
