- All FCC Group employees shall exer-
cise due diligence and control in order
to avoid anyone being employed by
the Company illegally, as well as pre-
venting the

- Moreover, as far as the Code of Ethics
applies to them,
suppliers, contrac-
tors and other parties working

obliged to avoid the aforementioned
misconduct.
