The aim of this Code of Ethics is to set
out the principles of conduct in the FCC
Group, consolidating a shared culture and
guidelines on behaviour governing which
are accepted and respected by all employ-
ees of the Group.
This Code guides the relationship between
the employees of the Group and those
of other stakeholders, transforming the
principles of FCC Group, as defined in the
section on goal, vision, principles and at-
titudes of the Company, into the desired
conduct of its personnel.
The Code of Ethics is a mandatory re-
quirement. All FCC Group employees are
obliged to comply with the Code and, by
making use of the reporting function that
the Company has provided, communicate
information regarding any practices they
observe which are contrary to this Code
and the standards upon which it is based.
To this end, the Company has established
procedures, monitored by the Compli-
ance Office, which allow its employees to
provide information, of any misconduct or
poor practice that they observe in a confi-
dential manner.
The FCC Group applies the principle of
due diligence for the prevention, detec-
tion and resolution of misconduct relat-
ing to criminal acts or acts of any other
nature.
In that sense, the, Company understands
that this principle commits it, amongst
other things, to analyse on a regular basis
the risks within this scope, and to ensure
that its employees are aware of what is
expected of them, clearly defining respon-
sibilities with respect to compliance with
the Code and establishing a forum which
allows information to be reported and any
irregularity to be resolved quickly. The
Company has procedures which allow it to
deal with to the above matters.
