Acceptance and Compliance
Compliance with this Code of Ethics is mandatory
for all Group personnel as well as any third parties
agreed to be bound by it.
Employees
For its part, the FCC Group is committed
to communicating and disseminating the
Code in such a manner that it is known
and respected by all its employees. Ac-
cordingly, the Code shall be provided to
all Company employees, who shall for-
mally undertake to adhere to the Code
when they commence employment with
the Company or upon renewing their
contracts of employment, as well as in
other circumstances where it is required
by the Company.
Managers
Moreover, managers of the Company
may be formally required to demonstrate
that they comply with the provisions of
the Code of Ethics.
Suppliers
The obligation to comply with the Code
of Ethics may be extended to those sup-
pliers in circumstances where it would
be advisable, according to the type of
supplier. Under these circumstances, the
FCC Group shall request that its sup-
pliers, when included in the catalogue
of suppliers and upon submission of
offers in tender processes, voluntar-
ily accept either compliance with FCC
Group´s Code of Ethics or, in the alterna-
tive, more stringent requirements during
the course of their business dealings with
the Group.
